The professor was very particular about the sources we were allowed to use for our writing in this course. It was heavily emphasized that we were not allowed to use Wikipedia as any of our sources for this course, and we were required to use proper sources such as Science Direct, or CCNY-approved databases. We were taught how to properly find a reliable source and conduct research for our assignments, as well as properly cite our sources so we would not be accused of plagiarism. Learning where to get accurate and reliable research has made us understand the importance of credibility and apply our new understanding into anything we write.
