“Develop and engage in the collaborative and social aspects of writing processes.”

In Writing for Engineering, everyone was assigned a group to work with based off their major. Each group was required to collaborate and communicate with each other over projects that were assigned by the professor. Although the pandemic has been an obstacle in establishing good communication between group members, everyone was able to get around that through using services such as Discord or Whatsapp to collaborate on projects and plan out when they would meet up online. My group also used Google Docs to collaborate on documents at the same time and edit each other’s writing.
